Opening Order Policy

A $500 minimum order is required to open an account with Pinnacle Textile. To remain active, account's annual volume must be a minimum of $2500.

Minimum Order Policy

Minimum order amount must be $200 or more.

Payment Terms

Net 30 days, upon satisfactory review of completed credit application. Cash in Advance and Credit Card terms also available. Credit Card transactions on new shipments will be processed within 24 hours of shipment. Credit Cards are also welcome to pay credit line balances; however, a 4% processing fee would apply. We accept: American Express, MasterCard and Visa

Shipping & Handling

Pinnacle negotiates volume discounts with both small package and LTL carriers, those discounts are passed along to our customers on Prepay & Add and Collect shipments. A handling charge per package is applied to small package carrier orders.

Taxes

Pinnacle is obliged to collect tax on merchandise shipping into certain states. Customers holding tax exempt status must provide a tax exempt certificate in advance of invoicing to insure the proper handling of taxation.

Hassle-Free Return Policy

Credit on account, or "store credit", will be given on all returns within 60 days of the original invoice date on 1st Quality goods. 2nd quality goods may be returned for credit within 30 days of original invoice date. Return authorization numbers will be given over the phone or fax and are required on all cartons. Goods returned without authorization may not be accepted or may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returned merchandise must be unwashed and unmarked, which includes label tape and tape residue. Unless goods were shipped in error by Pinnacle, authorized returns must be sent back at customer's expense. No cash or credit card refunds will be given on returned merchandise.

Pinnacle pricing on uniforms is subject to the following oversize table:

Sizes outside of the normal size range for a particular style would be subject to a 100% upcharge on top of the customer's net price for Medium. Minimum order for sizes outside of the normal size range is equivalent to one (1) carton.

Quik-Ship ™ Guarantee

Orders placed for in-stock merchandise listed in this guide will ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order, guaranteed! If Pinnacle does not ship within 24 hours, the freight is on us! (Maximum $100/purchase order)

Quik-Ship™ guarantee applies to in-stock merchandise at the time of order placement and does not apply to backordered products or special, made to order items. PTI cannot be responsible for product delays beyond it's control.

Sample Policy

Samples will be marked: Sample!

Pinnacle will send only one piece maximum per style free of charge. For linen samples, Pinnacle will send one (1) napkin and one (1) 52x52 table top, together with a swatch card to illustrate colors. Pinnacle will charge for the sample(s) and freight when customers' request a specific size or require more than the one piece per style maximum.

For colored samples, one representative sample will be sent free, and a swatch card will be sent to illustrate the colors available. Pinnacle ships all samples via UPS Ground at NO Charge, if expedited service is requested; customer is responsible for freight charges.

Samples will NOT be marked if customer is billed for them.

Special Packaging

To change stock packaging on styles that are bagged in multiples to individual bagging, please add the following charges to your net price:

Private Label

Private label programs are available upon request at little or no extra cost depending upon the program. Certain minimums would apply. Private stocking programs require the customer to withdraw inventory in carton increments. Please contact your Pinnacle representative or Customer Service at 1-800-901-4784.

Special Order Policy

Non-Stock Sizes: Upon request, Pinnacle will produce non-stock sizes (sizes not listed under the style's size range). Customer would be obliged to order in carton increments, and a 100% surcharge would apply.

Modifications:

Pinnacle welcomes "Specials" that require slight modifications to existing styles, examples would be:

Different Fabric Color
Colored Trim
Change of Pocketing
Garment/Apron Length
Cuff Change (knit, etc.)
Label Change
Apron strings
Buttons to Snaps or vice versa
Adjustable Apron Neck

Pricing on modifications would be provided upon request. A sample would be provided upon request. A sample may be required before quotation. Order may require minimums depending on request.

New Pattern Items:

Even if Pinnacle does not have a stock item that resembles the uniform or apron you require, we would welcome the opportunity to manufacture it custom for you. Please provide as much information as possible to your Pinnacle representative or Customer Service, in many cases a sample would be required before a quote could be provided or production can commence.

Special Fabric:

Should you require a product made from special fabric or color, Pinnacle can typically secure those fabrics in a reasonable yardage, however, order quantity would be subject to the yield of the purchased yardage and final production quantity can vary by 10% +/-.

Minimum Order Quantity - Special Orders

Garments - 50 dozen (Must order in full carton increments)
Aprons - 100 dozen

Lead time

12 weeks after sample has been approved by customer. For all special size, modified items, new pattern styles, and special fabric orders, orders would be subject to a 10% +/- fulfillment factor, which means that the quantity delivered could vary 10% up or down. In addition, customers would be required to purchase any second quality or irregulars produced at a 25% discount. The maximum quantity of seconds or irregulars would be capped at 2% of the quantity ordered.

Conditions

Pinnacle strives to provide its customers with stable pricing, however, we reserve the right to change or withdraw prices without notice. We are not responsible for delays in shipment for causes beyond our control.

Seconds

2nd quality garments may be available upon request at a 25% reduction off 1st quality pricing.

Standard Carton Packaging

Although we do not require purchasing of stock product in carton or polybag increments, purchasing in our pre-packed quantities will aid us in shipping orders promptly. When possible, it would be appreciated if ordered quantities were increments of carton or polybag quantities. Standard Packaging is listed at the style level.

CAUTION

Our Garments and Aprons offer no protection from molten metal, sparks, flame or caustic chemicals.
